No switching is necessary, left/right is automa- tically recognized by the pin assignment. Attention: The two Y-cables below are used to connect Mega 360 and any Mega Imaging(+) encoders. Please note that if a Mega SI(+) encoder is also connected to this Y-cable, the SI function of this enco- der is switched off. The SI function is taken over by the Mega 360, with a shorter range. Only the DI and HW Dual Spectrum data are processed by the SI encoder. It therefore makes more sense if a Mega DI(+) transducer is connected to one of the two Y-cables next to the Mega 360 and any SI transducer present in the network is processed by another device. This means that this splitter cable can be used not only for SOLIX devices but also for HELIX devices, but with adapter cable 14 to 7-pin (included with Mega 360, 3m). This Y-cable is used to connect a temperature and speed transducer to your Humminbird device. No additional cable is required for Helix 8-12 and series 1100, 900/800.
